Straits Settlements Stamps King Edward VII, $500

Hello all, over six months my blog was not updated. I am nearly given up and I thought that nobody interested in reading my blog. But last week, I really don’t know what to do, opening my frustrating blog and WOW!! I receiving an encouraging comment from someone called TINTIN from LONDON.
I’ve got new interesting information from TINTIN. The most expensive stamp from Straits Settlements is the $500, King Edward VII, around 1902, post office cancellation by error (not revenue cancellation but postal cancellation with time and date/year).The most interesting part was the Value!!
It was: £ 1,000,000 (one million £)!!!!

WOW and WOW!! And old stamps with that Price?? And suddenly I getting over excited and start surfing and researching again. I really want to know what the hell Straits Settlements Stamps King Edward VII, $500, was look like.

Finally I found the info from late night surfing

THE MOST EXPENSIVE MALAYSIAN STAMP
And the shocking truth was, from a philatelic point of view, the most expensive Malaysian stamp
But regret to inform you all that I don’t have this stamp. If not I’m surely going to be damn rich!

Other info from TINTIN are stamps from Prince of Wales Island i.e. Penang before 1840. I have a lot of stamps from Penang. But I don’t know which one, what the type or color. Even there’s not stated year on that stamps.

Some of The MALAYA Penang Collections

I have a lot of stamps from Penang. But I don’t know which one, what the type or color. Even there’s not stated year on that stamps.
But I don’t have time to do more research now. Maybe next time. Till we meet again in next post.
